I am a Yankee, born and bred, hailing from Boston, Massachusetts. Although I miss the Bay State, and all that it has to offer (especially the Red Sox), there is nothing that beats this Carolina weather!!.
I moved here 15 years ago with a husband, 2 children and assorted pets. Having relocated my own family several times, I understand the toll of such an untertaking, and work hard to make your total move as painless as possible. I have had to explain to a young child why he had to move away from his best friend, and had to keep a house clean with 2 small boys and a puppy (I should have owned stock in Windex!!!). I actually moved a family of goldfish in a large plastic box, with a hole in the lid for a portable filter, and the fish survived! In every case, the move was worth the pain and aggravation, and we lived to tell about it.
I love my job!!! I became a Realtor, 13 years ago, because my experience in buying and selling homes was unpleasant and stressful. I never felt that my agent was representing me. I've tried to use those negative experiences to fuel my efforts to offer a complete level of service to my clients, whether buying or selling property. I have wonderful partners in this business. They have proven time and again that they are the best at what they do. These professionals are the ones that I trust with my own home and family, and they are the only ones that I would entrust with yours.
Moving is one of the most stressful of life's events - right up there wih changing jobs, getting married, and having children. If selling, I will work with you to get your home in top showing condition, and will market it the same way that I would my own, using professional photographs, virtual tours, and proven methods of communication. We will work together every step of the way. If buying, I will listen to your concerns, address your needs, and find you a home that meets or exceeds them. I know these neighborhoods and schools, as a resident, a mom, and a realtor.
Working and playing in this town, educating my chldren here, and serving on countless church, school and community committees, has given me an insight into life here, which I willingly share with my clients. Whether you are looking for the right soccer team or scout troop, or need advice on the best pizza in town, I attend to the same details as I do with my own family. I am committed to helping you to find the perfect home in this perfect place - "the southern part of heaven".
